AU will focus three areas under this. (1) Building the network; growing membership across the country – building a visible critical mass; (2) legal protection and education in matters concerning justice and (3) Specialised capacity building to assist Persons with Albinism favourably compete, perform and executive jobs and tasks of high level/calibre. We seek to grow the critical mass in this arena. Building up from the work carried out in the previous strategic plan, AU sees the need to grow its strategic partnerships. The proposed new approaches and the planned expansion call for a systematic way to develop and track the partnerships with plan to engage.
